Call him snapshot, but the September minute strikes, I can't wait to start soup. Of course, it may not be * this cold yet, but there is something about the nostalgia of the season that comes back with each bowl that I do. (That and there is always gazpacho For warmer days, right?)

Therefore, I took it on the internet to add a few others in rotation for this season, and I am here to share my winning options with you today. So, on behalf of all that is comfortable and comforting, do we dive, okay?

4. Soup with chicken and lemon herbs
My grandmother made a variation in this recipe when we visited him on winter days. In fact, just looking at this recipe, I can practically taste the goodness of the familiar herby that salutes my mouth. I like this interpretation both for its flexibility (you can adjust according to what you have in hand) and the list of budgetary ingredients. Therefore, he is a winner in my book!
5. Three peppers of beans
The soup season would be nothing without a little spice in the mixture! Thanks to a little help from my favorite cello cheese (their cheese is really so rich and delicious), we can do the ultimate comforting food to welcome the new season (and maybe watch a football or two!).
6. Orzo and chickpeas with ginger turmeric broth
I am always looking for a recipe in which I can incorporate chickpeas, alias my favorite source of plant proteins. When I thrown my eyes on this dish, which also uses my favorite spices – gingeur and turmeric – I knew it would make my list!
