1. Classic celery farce by Alison Roman

I did this farce Over the past two years and it's so good. Alison usually has good Video contents For its Thanksgiving recipes that I like to watch before cooking too.

2. Fresh midwest

It is a classic Midwest dish. This Thanksgiving, I will use a cheese potato recipe for the new Fresh midwest cookbook. You can also find a similar version online here.

3. Leek cooked in the mustard and parmesan oven of A table for friends

Photo by Andrew Scrivani for The New York Times

I have made this recipe several times in the past year and it is the first dish that comes to mind when I want to do something easy and also impressive. I highly recommend buying the A table for friends Cooking book to access this recipe (and so many other superb); Otherwise, This recipe for braised leeks Since The New York Times It looks great too.

4.

My sister-in-law is the most incredible cranberry chutney. This is the recipe for her mom and Thanksgiving is not the same without her. We are with my family this year and I will try to do it myself!

5. Greens bitters with crisp shallots and parmesan by Travis Lett de Gjelina

Photo by Michael Graydon and Nikole Herriott for Enjoy your food

I shared This recipe Before and have done it several times over the years – it is that GOOD. At first glance, it is a very simple Radicchio and Greens salad. However, the flavors are deliciously complex. In particular, there is something in the smoke of the oil (which is in which the shallots are cooked) which burst all the flavors.

6. Mac and night cheese by Ina Garten

I love to have mac and Thanksgiving cheese. I want to try This macaroni with night cheese Of Ina Garten. He looks delicious and obtains a large part of the preparation work away the day before!

7. Pumpkin bread by my mother

My mother's pumpkin bread is the best, hands down. I asked her to lift four loaves when she comes to us this week!
