More than 100 women have filed a new prosecution against the obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. Barry J. Brock, and the establishments where he worked, saying that the Cedars-Sinai medical center and other medical practices have knowingly hidden his alleged sexual and medical misconduct.

Brock did not immediately respond to requests for comments on Thursday.

Cedars-Sinai “has received numerous complaints concerning (his) sexually exploiting and abusive behavior, dating back several decades”, according to the trial. A spokesman for Cedars-Sinai said that “the type of alleged behavior about Dr. Barry Brock is contrary to the fundamental values of Cedars-Sinai and the confidence that we strive to win every day with our patients.”
“Dr. Brock has no more privileges to practice medicine in Cedars-Sinai, and we reported this question to California Medical Board,” the spokesman said.

Others said Brock had left them lasting physical complications.
A woman said Brock delivered her baby in 2005 as a doctor on call from Cedars-Sinai and sutured her perineal area after birth, a procedure he said to her husband would leave the patient “like a virgin”. Two decades later, the woman still finds painful sex following the suture, according to the costume. The complainants who have brought an action against Brock so far are represented by a legal team which includes Anthony T.
